30 Day Easy Returns

You can return product up to 30 days from the ship date. Returns must be unopened, unused and in sellable condition. Returns of opened products are accepted only in case if product is damaged or defective. In case of a damaged, defective, or incorrect item, please contact our customer service center. Refunds are made to the original form of payment once the returned product is received within 30 days, and up until 60 days.

Only applicable for purchases made directly in a BIAINILI.NYC online boutique in the USA.

All returns must include the original receipt.

There are no cash refunds.

Packages must be returned prepaid.

We are unable to accept C.O.D. deliveries.
